Pending confirmation from centre

The centre is due to confirm your booking request in order to confirm it.


Our partner has accepted your booking request so you can go to the sport centre to execute your activity at the time and date agreed.


The centre has cancelled your booking due to no availability, try again at another time or date.

How do I know that my booking has been confirmed?

Once confirmed, we will send you a notification through the app and an email with the summary and details of your booking.

How long can it take to have a booking confirmed?

A centre can last up to 24h in confirming your booking request.

Once my booking request is done, am I being charged the money without having an official confirmation?

No, we only check with our bank if you have the money to pay for this booking. Only once the centre has confirmed your booking request, we will then charge you the amount in question.

Can we split group activities payments?

We are working on this feature to make it happen asap.

Can I cancel a booking?

Up to 24 hours before the start of your booking you can cancel free of charge.

Can I share my booking or plan with others friends?

Yes you can through several options. Try it when you set up your own first plan!
